About the Author
Anita Loren has dedicated years to exploring nutrition and the human metabolism. Her journey combines fitness training, coaching, in-depth research, and practical self-experimentation.
She noticed that many people train hard and follow strict nutrition plans but still struggle to see results in the most stubborn areas. That question — what are we missing? — pushed her to dive deeper into the roles of metabolism, hormones, and balance.
Through this exploration, Anita discovered that lasting health is not about strict rules or extremes, but about understanding your body and learning how to fuel it wisely.
Her philosophy inspired the creation of Metabolic Freedom, her first book, and digital tools such as the Electrolyte Calculator. She is now working on new projects, including future books on hormones and keto for athletes, as well as broader apps for nutrition tracking.
Anita’s mission is to make knowledge practical, accessible, and inspiring — so that people can eat smarter, feel stronger, and live with more energy every day.
My Story
My journey into nutrition and metabolism began when I realized that many people could do everything “right” — train consistently, follow strict plans — and still not achieve the results they expected. This made me question the standard fitness approach.
Over the years, I turned to deeper research, coaching, and self-experimentation to understand why. What I found was that food is not just calories — it’s communication with the body. Hormones, metabolism, and lifestyle balance all work together, and when they are aligned, transformation finally happens

My Mission
My mission is to bring clarity to the confusion around nutrition. Lasting health comes not from extremes but from balance. Through my books and digital tools, I aim to share practical knowledge that people can apply in everyday life, making nutrition not only effective but also sustainable.
